Experience/Skills:-2-4 years of Experience as Operations Officer/Assistant Manager/Manager Operations in any commercial/microfinance bank.

Customer Services Officers

Qualification:- Experienced Graduates/Fresh Master
Experience/Skills:- Fresh/Preferably 1-2 years of Experience in Customer Services in any banking or finance institution.

Tellers

Qualification:-Graduation
Experience/Skills:-Fresh/Preferably 1 year banking cash experience

Loan Officers

Management Trainees

Qualification:-MBA/MPA/M.Com/MS(with a major in Banking/Finance/Risk/Economics/Accounting/Marketing)

Qualification:-LLB (Law Graduates)
Experience/Skills:- 4 to 6 years of Experience in litigation, recovery, banking matters in local/civil courts. Must be able to draft plaints, written statements and pleadings, handle evidences, witnesses, arguments and execution of decree, and attachment proceedings independently.

Database Administrator
Qualification:-BCS/MCS (Oracle, SQL Certified)
Experience:-3 to 5 years Experience in Database, Oracle, SQL
